a telecom company’s Saudi operation by providing
• More than 350 outsourced staff, executives, professional
and training within short time while achieving exceptional

o Attrition rate less than 6%
o More than 90 % of staff perform at maximum level.
• ES managed to reduce attrition rate from 67% to less
than 10% and with other customers to less than 5%.
• ES’ outsourced employees managed to achieve three times
sale objectives for some customers.
